The Dietary Department is managed by two full-time certified Dietary Managers and 11 staff members. We have a registered dietitian consultant who visits twice a month.

Seasonal Menus
We offer delicious seasonal menus,which feature cold fresh fruits in the summer and hot hearty stews in the winter. We also offer Breakfast Bar, dessert cart, and entree choices. Residents help the dietary staff to plan special meal during the month. We give special attention to individualized food preferences to ensure satisfacton.
Registered Dietitian
Our menus are planned by a Registered Dietitian to promote proper nutrition and overall appeal through food preparation and presentation. Special diets can be tailored and are readily available to meet nutritional needs.

ERCC features a beautiful spacious Kitchen and Dining Room with a floor to ceiling brick fireplace and large windows to enjoy the wildlife and greenery.
