Admissions Policy

A resident of ERCC will be provided care on a non-discriminatory basis, without regard to race, color, creed, or national origin. Each person will be fully informed of policies and procedures regarding rights, responsibilities, and advanced directives. In the absence of a properly executed Living Will, Medical Power of Attorney, or phsician's order to withhold or withdraw care, the facility staff will inititate full code and/or resuscitative procedures, as warranted, consistent with the facility's policies.Written acknowledgment of these rights, responsibilities and advance directives by the resident or legal representative will be incorporated into the resident's medical record.
