The maintenance department has in place an excellent preventive maintenance program. The Department's main goal is to ensure the facility is well kept, free of hazard, safe and comfortable for residents, staff, and visitors.
Our building, built in October of 1994, contains 52,500 square feet, is a single story facility featuring 15 private rooms and 47 semi-private rooms. The design of the new state of the art facility reflects a "Traditional Residential Character" with a detailed brick exterior and sloped roof. There is on-site parking, landscaping, and a covered entrance.
The building also features a beautiful spacious kitchen and dining room with a floor to ceiling brick fireplace, 2 large activity rooms, lobby, 3 lounges, large windows, a ventilation system for positive air flow, meeting rooms that may be used by the general public, and a secure courtyard in the center.
