Skilled and Intermediate nursing services provided by Professional Licensed Nurses are available 24-hours each day. Sufficient nursing personnel are available to provide total care to all residents. Physicians visit residents as often as is needed and are on 24-hour call consultation. All specialized services are available including Dental, Podiatry, and Optical. Residents that require emergency services are transferred to nearby Davis Memorial Hospital Emergency Department.

SKILLED NURSING : is defined as the provision of services on a daily basis to an individual requiring a high level of complexity, skill, observation, and administration. These services must be provided by licensed personnel and prescribed and administered under the direction of a physician.

INTERMEDIATE CARE : is defined as the provision of services to an individual who does not require the degree of care and treatment at the skilled level. Intermediate care provides assistance with activities of daily living, diet supervision, administration of medication, treatments, and encouragement; all of which promote the well being of an individual. These services are also prescribed and administered under the direction of a physician.
